Good mediation involves more than just gathering two people; it requires careful listening, asking questions, and facilitating constructive conversations, especially when communication is challenging.

Annie Condon

Director and Family Mediator

I am Annie, a family mediator specialising in separation, divorce, finances and children.

I know that when deciding to separate- or finding yourself in a situation where separation has already happened, it can all feel very overwhelming.

There are difficult conversations to be had, and important decisions to be made at a time when emotions are often running high.

I provide a calm and impartial space, where you can talk through what matters to you and understand the issues, whilst working towards a practical solution for you and your family.

Children

When children are involved, their wellbeing is placed at the heart of all conversations.

My aim is to help parents separate with dignity and, where possible establish a positive foundation for co-parenting in the future.

Experience you can trust

I bring experience from a career working in health and welfare, supporting individuals and
families.  I work alongside other professionals such as legal and financial advisors, so you have the right support around you.

I am a fully trained family mediator and a member of both the Family Mediation Council, the Family Mediation Association and Resolution.

" I  just wanted to say thank you for all your help and patience over our meetings,

You made a very hard situation a little more bearable."
